Bases are 125 x 75 x 25mm.
Project Bases are 125 x 75 x 50mm.

Strips are 300 x 25mm. Girders and Beams are 250 x 25 x 25mm

There are 40mm, 50mm and 60mm wheels, 25mm discs and 60mm cams.

Cut TechCard
There are pinholes 25mm apart and between the large holes.

Measure or count the holes and use the pinholes as a guide.

Use the pinholes to draw a line where you want to cut TechCard.

Cut along the line with scissors.
Parts are shown cut to size in the instructions.
Fold TechCard
Before folding, turn TechCard over so the logos are on the back.

Fold the panel right over as shown.

Fold the panel back so that it is at a 90 degree angle.

Folded TechCard should look like these examples.
Glue TechCard
Turn the base over and fold along all the score lines.

Apply a small amount of PVA glue to each of the four tabs.

Use a scrap of card to spread the glue thinly.

Use paperclips as clamps as the glue dries.
Make with TechCard
Assemble a base, cut two 100mm axles and select four wheels.

Wheels, discs and cams are a tight push-fit onto axles.

Pass the axle through the base and fit a second wheel.

Check the wheels are straight and glue to the axle.
